Present: Burt Allen, Paul Audy, Keith Hall, Claire Van Buren, Pam Kingman

AGENDA RESULTS:

Paul Audy made a motion to go into Executive Session at 11:35 am to discuss a Personnel issue, seconded by Burt Allen. All agreed.

Burt Allen made a motion to adjourn from Executive Session at 12:00 pm, seconded by Keith Hall. All agreed.

Paul Audy made a motion to give the Town Clerk full insurance benefits in the form of a stipend, seconded by Burt Allen. The vote was two in favor and one against.
