Read and approve minutes make corrections if needed. 

NEW BUSINESS

• Constable Pay – Decided to pay a $300.00 stipend for last year. 
• Coordinator Pay / Phone / correction Dec. Min. Selectboard O.K. adding an additional box to the voice mail phone line.  Coordinators pay should go from March to March as it was voted at Town Meeting in 2005.   Hourly pay not to exceed $7,800.00 for the next year.  Correct December 20^th 2005 meeting minutes to read $3,200.00 for coordinator pay instead of $3,500.00.   Discuss time cards.  When a time card has few hours they will be received weekly and paid monthly.
• Letter to Dept. of Transportation – After having received a letter form the State notifying the Town that money had been allocated for the Rattln’ Bridge. It came to the Select board’s attention that the project was not on the States list of Bridges to be done. Selectboard sent a letter asking what happened.
• Letter to Dwire – Emergency Order – Letter mailed certified mail.
• Keying of Town Hall Doors – Selectboard O.K. change of all Town Hall locks.  Will look into a key schedule
• Charles Roy – Culvert – No action

Discuss Road Access Permits – Will ask the Zoning Administrator if he would be willing to write up a new policy to deal with culvert installation and guidelines of compliance.     Town needs to either put culverts in to specifications or make sure that the contractor is putting culvert in to town specifications.  Need clear guidelines for installation.  Will talk to Road Commissioner and Zoning Administrator at the next meeting.
