Read and approve minutes make corrections if needed.
NEW BUSINESS
- Kirsten Pitts Playground Still working on grant for
playground The grant would like to show that there will be money to maintain
the equipment if they get the grant money. Would the Selectboard be willing
to set aside $500.00 for pea stone or hauling or whatever towards the
equipment. Selectboard willing to set aside an extra $500.00 in the park
budget for maintaining other recreation areas for the community. All agree.
Letter of support will be written.
- Discussion of changing the article discussed at last
weeks meeting. Decided to leave it as decided last week.
- Nina Bacon Town Hall Permit signed
Kathleen Rule Town hall permit for 4-h signed.
- Charles Roy Culvert Amos Roleau will talk with Phil
Busier (Phil not able to attend the meeting tonight)
- Cemetery Tree - Who is paying for Cemetery will pay
for lift and crane. Town helped to haul and shop smaller branches.
- Route17 / East Street intersection Will meet with
State on the 19th.
- Town / Palmer Agreement Nothing happening will need to
write a letter.
- Appointments Zoning Board of Adjustment

Kristine Evarts appointed to Auditor. All agree.
- Begin Budget work
- Street light info 50.52 month or 71.66 month (larger
bulbs) Betty Bell spoke with people on road one was not home; one was
against, all others in favor. Selectboard approve and will add to budget,
enough for 4 additional lights.
Work on budget. Budget for Assistant, Auditors, Listers .50
cent increase in wages. $ 4800.00 for other assistant office worker. Clerk and
treasurer increase $1000.00 each per year.
