NEW BUSINESS

Peter Norris – Concerned that an individual in town has tarnished New Haven and done numerous things to slow the zoning process.  Individual continues to be a drag on the Planning Commission.  Something needs to be done.  The town fathers are in charge of harmony in the community and it is time to do something.   Reference made to some other court cases.  His attorney is looking into more cases, but research costs money.  Would the Town be willing to put some money towards this research?  Would the Town be willing to join a law suit?  Discussion on private owners having taken the lead in other law suits.  Larry Buck motion to pay up to 50% or a $1,000.00 which ever is less toward research.  Second by Amos Roleau.  All Agree.

Linda Sleeper is looking for more information on property swap.  Larry Buck sent info to her.
