NEW BUSINESS
Milo Schaefer Representative to Regional Planning Commission Currently reviewing their Plan Utilities section talks about power generation. Restrictions on large scale energy facilities are not to be constructed or expanded in the region. Discussion on whose decision it would actually be. Discussion on why not allow a facility if certain criteria were met. Discussion - need to consider cost as well. Milo Schaefer and Harvey Smith will get together and go over.

Many problems with beavers near Plank Road - Discussion on what to do. No solution.
Sand has been screened about 4200 yards.
Chipper is broken Motor seized up. Can be fixed for $1600.00 plus labor to put the new engine in. Discussion purchasing a new one. Selectboard O.K. replacing engine.
Ψ Intersection of Route 17 and East Street Discuss pricing for job. Phil Busier will continue to work on project for State.
Phil Busier is getting a price for the 1996 International dump box and 1000 gallon tank for chloride
Phil Busier recommends Selectboard purchase extended warranty for grader. Will have company send info.
Truck from Arrowhead - Tandem VOLVO is at Town Shed for viewing.
Ψ Road Maintenance Schedule and Equipment upgrades for 2006 Suggest getting a hold of Regional Planning for help with software etc.
Still working on finding an elevator for the sand.
