Susie Leonard – Sidewalk project – Almost ready to send out RFP for sidewalk. Would like to know if it would be O.K. to submit weekly bills and get paid at the same time as other employees. Selectboard O.K.

Discussion of planning grant for front of school. – Larry Buck will contact Jeff Pratt.

Cost of digital maps – Set at $50.00 pending research
Bill Brim interested in metal cabinets from upstairs kitchen in King house. He would be willing to remove them. Selectboard does not want to have things removed from the house. May decide to auction things off at a later point in time.
Cafeteria doors – repair – Ambrose and Sons is working on.

ROADS

Need sander box for 1999 dump truck fixed - needs new chain estimated cost $4-5000.00 – Seems high. Will have Phil Busier check into pricing a whole new box.
Looking to borrow a tractor from Hills for roadside mowing. – Selectboard suggest continue to hire this year. No time to complete other projects if take time to mow roadsides.
South street paving almost done
Would like to have center lines painted
Screening sand cost - $1.60 – 1.70 yard from McCullough. – Selectboard would like Phil Busier to continue keeping them informed of pricing. Sounds good so far.
Tractor Pullers Assoc. would like to hire grader with operator to scrape pit at field days. Selectboard does not want new grader to be used for hire.
Building a Bridge to Your Board – copy paperwork from seminar attended.
Phone / radios – Trial period of 5 days - Road crew thought worked very well. Selectboard O.K. to purchase. Would like walkie talkie capabilities. Keep price as low as possible. Look into just radio. 1 plan with 3 add –ons.

Zoning Administrator – copy of violation West
State of Vermont – Dept. of Housing and Community Affairs – Village Center Designation – Granted
Jim Boylan – Request for log book of repairs and replacement of street signs. – Selectboard refered to Road Commissioner – Phil Busier has already responded.
VLCT – Vermont Municipal Policy

John Madden – Attached to door – still looking to have survey results from survey he sent out. Wondering what happened with zoning petition.
