ROADS

Ø Intersection of Route 17 and East Street – Will contract out – Will work on at the next meeting

Ø Sign loan documents for Grader – Borrow $115,000.00 From Chittenden Bank for Grader paper work signed.

Burt Allen offered to mow twice a year double swipe for $12,000.00 per year.

David Minor will mow roadsides this year. Phil Busier will get a W-9 and insurance paper work before he begins.

Will wait on a tractor.

Sign Over Wt Permits – signed

NEW BUSINESS

Ø Walk / traffic calming - Pay for project manager - $20.00 per hour. Regional planning would need to charge $60.00 per hour. Selectboard O.K.

Ø Memo from Susie Leonard for project regarding signing of the contract.

Ø Contract not back from town attorney yet.

Ø Fire Station Roof – update. Was planning to start next week. Rain has delayed the project. Larry Buck and Mike Dykstra will continue to monitor.

Ø Selectboard meet more often – The board has not had enough time to deal with issues and road work with one meeting per month. Selectboard will meet on the 1^st and 3^rd Tuesday of the month.

Will reschedule the Public Hearing on the Madden petition to change the zoning on Route 7 from the 12^th to the19^th of July at 8:00 pm.

Discussion of re-voting a bond for the Community Center in March.

MISC. Correspondence

Ø John Madden - Copy of correspondence to Jim Ouimette regarding survey he sent out

Ø State of Vermont – 2006 – Municipal Park – and – Ride Grant Program – Due July 31, 2005

Ø State of Vermont – Agency of Natural Resources – Not all Sand / salt piles will need to be covered.

Ø Meet with Schoolboard at 7:00 pm – Various on going topics
