Discuss appointments. Milo Schaefer interested in being on the Planning Commission. Suzy Roorda interested in Coordinator position. George Crane interested in Fence Viewer position. AL Karnatz recommendations for Planning Commission - Suzy Leonard, Tim Bouton, Mary Pratt, Milo Schaefer.

Larry Buck will touch base with Fire Dept. regarding the roof repairs.
Tom Boise does not have a meeting set up with VELCO yet.
Write letter to Regional Planning Commission regarding moving the Power lined closer to Forrest DR. New Haven is not in favor of that type of a power line move. Would like to see lines remain in the existing corridor.
Discuss resolution regarding the spending of education monies in other locations. Larry Buck will clean up the resolution and they will sign at the next meeting.
Larry Buck Meeting with Rob White from Agency of Transportation at 2 pm on Friday to go over the traffic calming plans. Discuss Suzy Leonard as potential clerk of the works for the grant administration. She is qualified and would do a good job.
Discuss petition submitted by Beverly Landon to have budgets and funds voted by Australian Ballot. Conversations with the Secretary of States Office said it was appropriate and prudent of the Select Board to hold the meeting at a time when any challenges from Town Meeting could be dealt with at the same time. Larry Buck motion to hold a Special Town Meeting on May 9th. Second Paul Audy. All agree. Meeting will be held on May 9 at 7:30 pm.
Next Select Board Meeting will be Monday April 4th.
Discussion State law prohibits signs that look like traffic signs. Discuss option of having people apply for a private road then the Select Board could put up a sign for the private road. Keith Hall will be checking with the town attorney regarding this matter.
Sign letter to Vermont Land Trust regarding no opinion on the development rights being sold on the Paraskevopoulos Farm.
Wayne Marcelle Suggest option two for Humane Society Contract. Select Board sign contract for option two. Discussion of problems relating to the Addison County Humane Society. Never enough room to accept animals.
