Bill Brim – Emergency Coordinator – Brought in a draft of a survey form, which he would like to distribute to all New Haven residents. The idea is to have a list of people who would like to have someone check on them to make sure they are O.K. or to help if they need assistance during an emergency. Discussion. The rough draft looks good Bill Brim will make the few corrections and then we will mail it out with our next mailing.
Discussion that we should have certificates of insurance from all Sub-contractors.
Discussion of creating mutual aid agreements with neighboring towns.
Bill Brim - Presented a rough draft of the emergency response plan. Looks good.
Town Hall – Step into kitchen has been repaired.
Main breaker has been replaced.
Adelphia Cable is offering free cable for Fire Department and Town. Selectboard O.K. to proceed with installation.
Finalize budgets
Sign warning.
Permission for Apgar to stay on as consultant or part time help for Listers if needed.
