Approve minutes.
Discuss – Emergency road repairs. Most bills have come in. One seems higher then others Beanie Masterson will talk to contractor for more details.
Apparent costs as rough estimates for the emergency repairs are: for materials are around 36,000.00 and sub-contractors at around 75,000.00.
Discuss letter from the Martin’s regarding repairs down by their house. Phil Busier will go and talk to them.
Discuss time cards from listers. Request for quarterly bills and break down of hours.
Approve Lister corrections. Will sign after all adjustments have been completed.
