Set municipal Tax rate at .64

Approve letter from Jim Dumont to VELCO.  O.K. to send

Sign pay orders and documents

Meeting with Robie Stoner on the King House at 5pm on Wed. the 28^th. Final cost numbers.

Discuss letter from State about work in State right of way.  Will set up a meeting at the site.
