Read and approve minutes make corrections if needed. 

AGENDA: Results

6:30 Salt Shed drawings – 72 x120 – Cement blocks on 8” by 5’ wide compacted bottom.  Line bottom with cloth and fill with fines.  Then set blocks. Spray foam between blocks. Drainage on outside.  Can do pricing by hour, not to exceed or bid.  Will be working at night.  Discuss types of doors.

7:00 Job interviews

NEW BUSINESS

Burt Allen - will contact Richard Lathrop to look at porch to town hall.

·        Sign Tax anticipation note - signed

·        Petition to vote all monetary items by Australian Ballot

• Petition to reconsider article 24 from the annual meeting.

Received 2 petitions to ask the selectboard to do things.  Selectboard will wait for the end of the 30 day time period before making a decision.

• Appointments: Town Energy Coordinator, Park Committee, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Conservation Commission, Emergency Manager.  Not yet.

Motion to pay for food for reception for Baker. All agree

Sign town hall application for Tomasi. Fees required. No candles.

MISC.  CORRESPONDENCE

• Addison County Regional Planning – Amendment and re-adoption of regional plan.
• State of Vermont – acceptance of figures for Equalized Education Property Value and Coefficient of Dispersion.
• State of Vermont – Agency of Natural Resources – Hazardous Waste application for insignificant waste management event approvals to conduct HHW/CEG collection events at the locations listed on Attachment a
• Counseling Service of Addison County – Thank you for approval of town funds.
