Town of New Haven
The legal voters of the Town of New Haven are hereby warned and notified to meet at the Town Hall in New Haven, Vermont on Tuesday the 14th day of September 2004 to vote by Australian Ballot between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
An informational meeting shall be held on Monday the 13th day of September 2004 at 7:30 pm or immediately following the School informational meeting.
Article I. Shall the voters of the Town of New Haven Approve the general obligation of bonds in an amount not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($1,350,000.00), subject to reduction from any available grant monies, donations or in kind aid. Issued for the purpose of financing certain public improvements, viz: Renovations and construction on the King House site located at 116 North Street and related areas. Said public improvements would include Town Offices, Vault Space, Meeting Space, Library Space, Ball Field, Site Work, Parking and Traffic Related Issues.

NEW HAVEN TOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT
The legal voters of the New Haven Town School District are hereby warned and notified to meet at the Town Hall in New Haven, Vermont on Monday, September 13, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the following article of business. Article 1 requires a vote by Australlian Ballot to take place on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at New Haven Town Hall between 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.
ARTICLE 1: Shall the voters of the New Haven Town School District appropriate $1,712,488 necessary for the support of its school for the year beginning July 1, 2004?
