New Business

1.  With regard to re-writing the New Haven Town Plan and the submittal of a grant to pay for this; Allen Karnatz introduced Brandy Saxton and her business - Place Sense.  Brandy in the past has been hired as a consultant to help the PC rewrite the Town Plan.  Brandy gave a short talk regarding her business and past experiences.  She outlined her thoughts and how to implement these ideas into the rewriting of New Haven's town plan.  Her estimate for hiring her to help update the Town Plan is approximately $12,000.

2.  The Zoning Administrator (ZA) mentioned the transfer of property from VT Railroad to Craig Newton is official.  Any further discussion of this property is now with the attorney's.

3.  The ZA mentioned the King House mediation seems to be working.

4.  Allen Karnatz gave a brief outline of Steve Dupoise's plan to make the remainder of his parcel located on Route 7 and Beldon Falls Road highway commercial.  If there is no support from the PC for this change Steve will likely petition the Town for a vote.

Old Business

John Madden's zoning case is still in Federal Court (this would affect the Dunbar's zoning change also).
